2022 marked the 20th year Aspire has produced an Outcome Management Report. Each year we set measurable outcomes and indicators that track the efficiency, effectiveness, accessibility and experience of our services. The information and analysis derived from the process is used to highlight areas of strength and identify areas requiring improvement. The 2022 report is consistent with previous years’ reports in that it shows positive results and high satisfaction from our stakeholders in all program areas.
