Early Intervention Services

Aspire Richmond’s Early Intervention Services are funded by the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) with a central office located at Seedlings Early Childhood Development Hub.

Infant Development Program

The Infant Development Program (IDP) provides support to families with infants from birth to 3 years old who are at risk for developmental delay, have a developmental delay, or have an identified condition/diagnosis which may result in a developmental delay.

Through home visits and interactive parent-tot groups, IDP consultants support parents to respond to their baby’s needs and recommend activities to encourage their child’s learning and development. IDP consultants may also provide referrals to community professionals.
