Ann Marie has spent her career walking alongside children, and adults with diverse needs, offering compassionate support and leadership. With a Master’s degree in Social Policy and Practice, Ann Marie brings both deep academic understanding and a genuine commitment to inclusive, person-centered care.

Before stepping into her current leadership role, Ann Marie worked various front line roles in staff-supported homes for adults, where she built strong relationships and gained  experience in providing meaningful, individualized support. She later managed a variety of services, including staff-supported homes, a vibrant day program, and even a farm—each offering unique opportunities for individuals to connect, grow, and thrive.

Ann Marie joined Aspire in 2024 and now serves as Director of Supported Living, overseeing a range of programs including staff-supported homes, Home Share, and Independent Living. She is passionate about creating warm, welcoming environments where individuals feel truly at home and are supported to live meaningful, self-directed lives.
